• Strong regulatory experience with SCAQMD and knowledge of OSHA and federal/state/local standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with employees at all levels.

A national aerospace manufacturer is seeking a multi-site Environmental Manager to manage environmental compliance needs across their facilities in the greater Los Angeles area. Working closely with the local leadership teams and the corporate EHS team, the incumbent will be responsible for all environmental compliance requirements, including SCAQMD, Title V, and assist with other EHS programs.

The Role:

• Lead continual improvement of the EHS culture, manage OSHA training, and ensure compliance with various environmental permits.
• Complete audits and ongoing site visits to identify and address regulatory, permit, and compliance issues.
• Participate in detailed incident investigation teams to determine root causes and corrective and preventive actions.

The Candidate:
