Job summary

Mentor Technical Group seeks an Environmental Maintenance Services Supervisor in Juncos on non-standard shifts. The role requires leading environmental monitoring programs and managing GMP cleaning activities in parenteral/pharma environments.

The candidate will supervise operations, interpret FDA regulations, and liaise with QA, with bilingual Spanish/English communication and strong leadership skills essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years in parenteral/pharma manufacturing or QA.
• 2 years GMP Cleaning/Environmental Monitoring experience, clean room preferred.
• 5+ years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Knowledge of compendium requirements, cGMP, GLP, FDA regulations.
• Fully bilingual Spanish/English with strong technical writing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee environmental monitoring programs, aseptic operations, and sanitization processes.
• Lead and supervise the manufacturing/quality team; plan and allocate resources.
• Interpret regulatory requirements and ensure compliance across shifts.
• Communicate technical information to diverse audiences and coordinate with QA.
• Support data analysis, trend detection, and deviation investigations.
