Van Ness Feldman is seeking a litigation attorney with 4+ years of experience in environmental statutes to join the Seattle-based Litigation, Enforcement, and Investigations group. The successful associate will work closely with seasoned environmental litigators and assist in mentoring junior lawyers.

The role emphasizes strong drafting, deposition, discovery, and trial advocacy capabilities, with Washington State admission preferred.

Qualifications

• JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active admission or eligibility for admission in Washington State.
• 4+ years of relevant litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with experienced environmental litigators on a variety of matters.
• Mentor and support junior associates through training and delegation.
• Primarily litigation with some non-litigation matters.
