Responsibilities

• Drafting briefs, discovery responses, and substantive correspondence.
• Depositions, oral arguments, and management of complex discovery.
• Involved in environmental and regulatory matters, including CERCLA and Prop 65.
• Agency enforcement actions and related defense work.
• Environmental diligence in corporate transactions.
