The role covers regulatory, litigation and transactional matters across industries; base salary ranges from $215,000 to $275,000 with a discretionary merit bonus.

Qualified candidates must be licensed in Minnesota or eligible for admission without examination, with strong writing and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• At least three years of environmental law experience required.
• Strong writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Licensed to practice in Minnesota or eligible for admission without examination.

Responsibilities

• Handle wide-ranging environmental work including regulatory, litigation and transactional matters.
• Collaborate with attorneys in the Environmental group within the Minerals and Transportation Division.
• Support clients across various industries with environmental law issues.
