Qualifications

• Experience in environmental litigation matters (civil preferred) at the federal level.
• Government-side enforcement experience related to environmental issues.
• Ability to analyze complex and technical regulatory schemes.
• Understanding of enforcement approaches used by federal agencies and/or the Department of Justice to enforce federal environmental requirements.
• Solid foundation in environmental and administrative law concepts.
• Direct client contact, independence, and ability to manage and complete projects with minimal supervision.
• Self-starters with strong academic credentials and research and writing skills.
