Job summary

Veolia in North America seeks a laboratory technician to conduct environmental analyses and operate specialized instruments. You will follow SOPs, prepare reagents, and ensure quality control in a fast-paced lab environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or Environmental Science required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Knowledge of analytical chemistry and laboratory practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical & chemical, bacteriological and other tests in environmental lab operations.
• Operate ICP, QuikChem FIA and other specialized instruments.
• Follow SOPs for reagents, standards, media and chemicals.
• Handle acids and bases safely and maintain lab equipment.
