Job summary

Eurofins US Network in Tinley Park, IL is seeking a Laboratory Analyst to join our team. This full-time position on the 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 9 AM–5 PM) involves preparing and analyzing environmental samples using standard techniques in compliance with GMP/GLP.

The ideal candidate holds a BS/BA in chemistry or a related field and has 1–2 years of lab experience, with strong English reading, writing, and speaking skills. Pay starts at $18.00–$20.00 per hour with comprehensive full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• BS or BA in chemistry or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of laboratory exposure or experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
• Professional working proficiency in English (read, write, and speak).

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates and promotes the company vision.
• Regular attendance and punctuality.
• Applies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility as appropriate.
• Responsible for general housekeeping in the work area.
• Become trained and competent on complex instrumentation (GC, GC/MS, AAS, ICP and data systems).
• Works under close supervision using routine and standard methods.
• Aliquots and weighs samples.
• Washes glassware.
• Conducts activities safely and efficiently.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
