Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) is seeking an Analyst I to prepare and analyze environmental samples following EPA methodologies. The role emphasizes GMP/GLP compliance, data recording, and routine instrument use under supervision.

It requires a chemistry degree or equivalent experience and a willingness to train on various analytical instruments. The position is full-time with a 2nd shift: Tue–Fri 2pm–11pm and Sat 9am–5pm, with potential training on 1st shift.

Qualifications

• BS or BA in chemistry or related field; 3 years laboratory experience may substitute for degree.
• Laboratory experience is a plus.
• Previous production-oriented work helpful (ability to meet deadlines).

Responsibilities

• Prepare samples using standard techniques.
• Perform chemical analysis using standard techniques.
• Record and report data and any unusual test occurrences to supervisor.
• Perform routine instrument maintenance.
