Responsibilities

• Evaluate potential and pending civil litigation and develop legal arguments and strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to advance environmental enforcement efforts.
• Participate in litigation before state, federal, and appellate courts and administrative agencies.
• Report to the Environmental Enforcement and Public Interest Divisions.
