Crown Equipment Corporation in New Bremen, OH seeks an Corporate Environmental Health and Safety Engineer (Environmental Focus) to monitor EH&S compliance across manufacturing and branches, develop programs, audit facilities, and lead regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• This position requires a four-year college degree in EH&S or related field.
• Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED.
• Working knowledge of EH&S regulations and reporting is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring and managing EH&S compliance for Crown domestic facilities.
• Develop EH&S programs, audit facilities, and complete regulatory mandates.
• Develop and conduct training programs for employees.
• Conduct EH&S audits of company facilities.
• Coordinate regulatory reports for wastewater, stormwater, air emissions and hazardous waste.
• Prepare environmental permit applications for facilities.
• Collaborate with employees and management to address EH&S issues.
• Travel approximately 15% and manage projects with limited supervision.
