  • Partner closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Facilities, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to integrate safety into equipment, processes, facility planning, and day‑to‑day operations.
  • Manage environmental compliance activities, permits, regulatory reporting, hazardous materials programs, and waste management processes.
  • Develop and deliver EHS training, coaching, and employee engagement initiatives that strengthen a proactive safety culture.
  • Serve as the company's primary EHS subject matter expert and lead interactions with regulatory agencies, auditors, customers, and external stakeholders as needed.

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of EHS experience supporting manufacturing, aerospace, defense, industrial, laboratory, or similarly complex operational environments.
  • Experience developing, implementing, and managing EHS programs, including incident investigations, risk assessments, audits, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
  • Strong working knowledge of OSHA, Cal/OSHA, and applicable environmental regulations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of an organization.
  • Self‑directed and comfortable building programs in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
  • Ability to work onsite across office, manufacturing, laboratory, warehouse, and outdoor environments; wear required PPE; walk operational areas for extended periods; occasionally lift up to 25 pounds; and travel periodically to support company operations and testing activities.
