Program Overview
Our Summer Internship Program offers real‑world exposure to Environmental, Health & Safety practices in a manufacturing environment while contributing to meaningful projects from day one. Over 10 weeks, you will gain:
- Hands‑on experience in EHS program development and compliance.

What You’ll Do
- Assist in conducting safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
- Support compliance activities related to OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory standards.
- Help develop and update training materials, safety procedures, and emergency response plans.
- Analyze EHS data and recommend improvements to reduce incidents and ensure compliance.
- Complete a capstone intern project and present results to leadership.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA (on a 4.0 scale).
- Knowledge of safety principles, environmental regulations, or compliance programs preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to take initiative.
- Ability to work on‑site at one of our locations for the duration of the program.
