What will you do?
  • Lead all efforts for safety/health compliance and conduct trainings as the safety owner for the Anderson, South Carolina site.
  • Support for OSHA programs relevant to operations.
  • Own the safety training program for Anderson, which includes evaluations of needs and implementing training to meet those needs.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives for safety, environmental, and health related aspects within Anderson.
  • Lead and drive safety incident investigations at the site, which includes reporting out and capturing root cause analysis.


What is required?
  • Minimum 5 years in health, safety, and environmental experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety Management, Industrial Hygiene preferred
  • Working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, NFPA, PSM, and RMP regulations
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Proven ability in leading teams focused on driving performance metrics
