• Bachelor’s degree in environmental health or closely related field.
• 4 years of experience as an environmental health specialist in supervised programs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and coordinate administrative activities within consumer protection programs.
• Perform environmental health inspections and investigations as needed.
• Assist with program reporting, evaluation, and tracking expenditures.
• Present reports to boards including the Board of County Commissioners and Board of Health; fill in for manager when needed.
