Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking an EHS Specialist in Minnesota to support environmental, health, and safety programs and ensure regulatory compliance. You will conduct inspections, assist in investigations, and help drive continuous improvement in EHS performance.

You will collaborate with site teams, deliver training, maintain documentation, and support sustainability initiatives such as recycling and energy conservation. 2–4 years of EHS experience and OSHA 30-hour preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in an EHS-related role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• OSHA 30-hour, First Aid/CPR, or similar (preferred).
• Familiarity with EHS software/tools and documenting regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local regulations via inspections and audits.
• Perform risk assessments and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain safety data sheets, permits, and training records.
• Deliver EHS training for new hires and ongoing programs.

The EHS Specialist conducts inspections, facilitates training, supports investigations, and maintains documentation.Responsibilities:Support site compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local regulations through inspections, audits, and follow-ups.Assist with risk assessments and implementation of corrective actions.Maintain and organize safety data sheets, permits, and training records.Deliver EHS training sessions for new hires and recurring training as required.Participate in incident investigations and help prepare reports and documentation.Support sustainability initiatives, such as recycling and energy conservation and assist with data collection and reporting.Collaborate with facility, distribution, and operations teams to identify and mitigate EHS risks.Participate in internal and external audits and help close findings.Assist in preparing EHS performance metrics and dashboards.Promote employee engagement in safety programs and continuous improvement.Assist with PO generation and support EHS accounts payable. Qualifications:Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.2–4 years in an EHS-related role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.OSHA 30-hour, First Aid/CPR, or similar (preferred).Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, familiarity with EHS software/tools, and ability to work independently.Pay Range:Anticipated Base Salary Range $59,700.00 to $86,450.00 (Depending on qualifications, skills, experience and/or budget), based on a 40 hour work week (range to be scaled accordingly).
