Roper Pump Company is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety professional to develop and implement programs that ensure compliance and safety across operations. You will lead audits, deliver training, and investigate incidents while staying current with applicable regulations.

The role requires strong communication, collaboration across departments, and autonomy to manage program initiatives in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Requires high school diploma or GED with related experience and training.
• Associate’s degree in environmental science or related field preferred.
• CSP or CIH certification preferred.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days of work are Monday through Friday. This position will work standard 7:30am-4:00 pm with occasional weekend work as job duties demand.

Travel <10%.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or (GED) and three-years of related experience and training required. Associate’s degree in environmental science, occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field preferred. Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) preferred. Must have general knowledge of Microsoft Office.
