ERM is hiring Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Consultants to join our Performance & Assurance team in Bay Area California and Seattle Metro Washington. This full-time, field-based role focuses on helping clients implement OSHA/state requirements, risk assessments, emergency plans, and safety programs.

You will perform compliance audits, develop procedures, and coach client teams to improve safety performance while building relationships and delivering high-quality project outcomes.

For the **Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Consultants**position, the anticipated annual base pay is **$39.18-$48.70****(USD)**. Actual pay will depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. In some cases, pay may fall outside this range. This role may be eligible for bonus paysubject to the sole discretion of ERM and its policies and procedures (casual and fixed term/flex force employees are not bonus eligible).
