Job summary

Santè is seeking an Environmental Guest Associate to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment across departments, with light maintenance duties. You will support infection control procedures and coordinate routine isolation with nursing staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness in patient areas.

The role requires 6 months in Environmental Services or 1 year in Customer Service, with opportunities to grow in a collaborative team that values patient care and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Six months in Environmental Services or one year in Customer Service.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and disinfecting of all areas according to department policy, procedures and cleaning schedule.
• Perform isolation cleaning procedures in accordance with established infection control procedures. Coordinate routine/terminal isolation procedures with nursing service.
• Follow proper techniques when mixing chemicals, disinfectants, and solutions used for cleaning. Refer to manufacturer’s instructions when necessary.

The Environmental Guest Associate

The Environmental Guest Associate is responsible for providing, maintaining, and performing day‑to‑day activities of the Environment Services Department. The key duties include maintaining a clean, comfortable, safe and sanitary environment, and light maintenance duties.
