University Health in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Floor Technician to support the Environmental Services team. You will perform general floor care, operate cleaning equipment, and ensure facilities stay clean and orderly for patients and staff.

You will report maintenance defects to Plant Engineering, follow MSDS instructions, and assist with cleanup and disposal while maintaining strong guest relations. This role emphasizes teamwork, punctuality, and adherence to safety guidelines.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to operate floor cleaning equipment.
• Completion of work-related on-the-job vocational training is preferred.
• Floor care experience is preferred.

Position Summary

Carries out general floor care activities essential to keeping facilities clean and orderly.

Reports all maintenance defects to Plant Engineering Department.

Uses equipment and supplies as directed and follows all the instructions listed on Material Safety Data Sheets.

Assist the Team Leader in clean up and disposals as required.

Maintains good interpersonal and guest relation skills.

Experience/Educational Requirements
