Job summary

Alliance Technical Group is seeking an entry-level Project Scientist I (Environmental Field-Testing Technician) to perform air emissions testing for industrial clients. The role involves outdoor/industrial site work, travel in a company vehicle, and occasional overnight hotel stays within the region.

Ideal candidates will have basic mechanical/electrical aptitude, proficiency with MS Office, and a willingness to learn new tools.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform field testing and sampling in industrial environments.
• Willingness to travel regionally, including overnight hotel stays.
• Comfort with heights and outdoor work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site field testing & transport testing equipment to customer sites
• Testing Equipment Preparation and Quality Assurance
• Ensure the company is represented in a professional manner while at customer sites and in the office
• Follow all test methods, procedures, and processes as trained to do so for quality source testing
• Apply sound mechanical and electrical skills while troubleshooting testing systems
