Qualifications

• No prior environmental field experience required; training provided.
• Must be dependable, safety-focused, and able to work in teams.
• Able to perform physically demanding work including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather and on varied schedules.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely collect and dispose of hazardous and non-hazardous materials per regulations.
• Handle waste chemicals, oil, or sludge and transport to disposal sites.
• Work at elevated heights and in confined spaces as required.
• Maintain PPE, hygiene, and safety protocols on-site.
• Engage with customers to explain waste removal processes.
• Demonstrate professional conduct and address client questions.
• Participate in safety training, drills, and audits.
• Support emergency response and site remediation tasks.
