Bhate Environmental Associates, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Technician in Pensacola, FL to support field site assessments and remediation projects.

The role involves operating treatment systems, managing investigation-derived waste, and sampling groundwater, soil, sediment, and surface water with travel up to 25%. Qualifications include an associate or bachelor's degree in a science-related field and at least 3 years of field support experience.

• Familiarity with US EPA Region 4 Standard Operating Procedures.
• Effective verbal communication skills with clients, colleagues, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Good note-taking skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prepare and organize all equipment needs for large sampling events.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds.
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
• Ability to research, analyze, interpret, and present data.
• Strong comprehension and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support field site assessments and remediation projects.
