Job summary

Lewis Environmental is seeking a Field Technician to support four service lines—Remediation, Waste Transportation, Industrial Maintenance, and Emergency Response. You will work with the team to perform field tasks while upholding safety and quality across projects.

The role requires flexibility for travel, on-call shifts, and adherence to OSHA and DOT requirements. A strong safety ethic and teamwork are essential in this hands-on field position.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record is required.
• Criminal background check required.
• Valid, unrestricted drivers license required.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and be on call.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality.
• OSHA 40-hour training is a plus and may be provided.
• DOT Examiner's Certificate required and tested pre-employment.

Responsibilities

• Execute field assignments under the Field Supervisors direction, ensuring tasks are safe and efficient.
• Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations; attend required safety training.
• Perform industrial cleaning and related manual labor per procedures to meet safety and quality goals.
• Travel daily and occasionally overnight for planned and emergency services.
• Adhere to company policies and regulations for handling hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
• Take on additional duties as project needs dictate.
