WithersRavenel is seeking an Environmental Technician II to support field and office tasks related to natural resource assessments and regulatory compliance. The role involves wetland delineations, habitat assessments, and data collection in outdoor environments, plus CAD/GIS mapping and report support.

The ideal candidate has an environmental degree and up to four years of experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong organizational skills to manage fieldwork, data, and reporting efficiently.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in an environmental field.
• 0–4 years of environmental industry experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass an MVR check.
• Strong work ethic with ability to work independently and efficiently.

Aufgaben

• Assist with wetland and stream delineations, riparian buffer determinations, and other natural resource assessments.
• Document site conditions and field observations with detailed notes and calibration records.
• Prepare CAD base files and GIS data for fieldwork and project deliverables.
• Assist with preparation of 404/401 permits, buffer authorizations, and other regulatory applications.
• Attend on-site meetings with regulatory agencies and maintain field equipment and supplies.
