Job summary

Pace Analytical Services, LLC is seeking a Field Technician I to join our environmental sampling team in Kentucky. The role involves collecting and testing samples from air, soil, and water, traveling to customer sites, and supporting field operations with proper documentation and safety practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of laboratory or environmental experience preferred.
• Must be able to travel with overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer and environmental testing sites.
• Collect, process and test environmental samples (air, soil, water).
• Perform field services with standard environmental practices and document results.
• Pick up, transport, and deliver samples, documents, materials, and results.
• Prepare vehicles and field equipment for daily operations.
• Maintain logs, forms, and databases accurately and timely.
• Assist with research and recommendations to resolve issues.
• Support field programs to meet operational needs and compliance.
• Contribute to team improvements and Pace's mission.
