We seek an Environmental Field Technician to perform field oversight, air monitoring, and surveys for hazardous materials, with travel in the greater Boston area and surrounding regions.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in environmental science, microbiology, industrial hygiene, or related science.
• Current professional certifications and state licensure; preferred licenses.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history; AHERA/EPA/HazWoper training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct microbial, lead, asbestos, and industrial hygiene inspections and sampling.
• Prepare chain of custody forms and document survey data.
• Documents and maintains billable hours for external clients.
• Gathers notes, photographs, and ambient measurements.
• Develops inspection reports based on findings and scope.
• Liaises with clients and contractors; supports project teams.
