Job summary

IDEX Corporation is seeking an Environmental Field Technician Lead to oversee field operations for ADS product lines. You will supervise crews, train technicians, and ensure safety and data quality across field sites.

Work onsite at our Cleveland, OH office with travel to diverse sites. Strong hydraulics knowledge and ability to perform confined space duties are essential. OSHA 10‑Hour and safety certifications are required.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED and valid driver’s license.
• Must successfully pass a drug screen and background check.
• OSHA 10‑Hour training and Safety Management certification completed.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of multiple field crews.
• Perform worksite observations to determine field crew proficiency and productivity.
• Perform safety audits.
• Act as field crew leader for daily field operations.
• Provide on‑the‑job training and mentoring of Environmental Field Technicians.
• Perform confined space attendant duties and rescue if necessary.
• Install flow and level monitors and rainfall monitoring equipment.
• Calibrate flow monitors and collect sewer flow, level, and rainfall data.
• Drive to worksites and operate in various driving conditions.
• Analyze and develop solutions for challenging applications.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data quality.
