• Perform environmental field surveys including plant ID, soils, hydrology, and endangered species surveys.
• Prepare and review wetland delineation reports, maps, permit documentation, and field records.
• Monitor sites and assess wetlands value, mitigation, restoration, and permit compliance.
• Collaborate with project managers, environmental staff, clients, and internal teams to support timelines and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and training to team members and help improve field methods and data collection procedures.
