Job summary

SOCOTEC US is seeking a Staff or Senior Staff-Level Environmental Professional for our Alameda, West Sacramento, or San Jose office. The role involves conducting field tasks such as site reconnaissance and soil sampling, along with various office tasks like report preparation and data compilation.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, experience in environmental work, and strong writing and communication skills. We offer a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $85,000 based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in environmental-related work, including field tasks such as site reconnaissance and soil sampling.
• Certification in OSHA HAZWOPER training.
• Strong writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site reconnaissance and monitor environmental conditions.
• Prepare daily reports and assist with project documentation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and manage task budgets.
