Job summary

Onterris is seeking an Environmental Field Project Manager - Stack to lead field testing activities across sites. The role requires managing field operations, schedules, and regulatory communications while traveling to multiple project locations.

Applicants should have 2+ years of stack testing experience, valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain DOT medical certification. This position supports environmental projects with a focus on safety, data quality, and client coordination.

Qualifications

• 2+ years minimum of stack testing experience.
• QSTI credentials a plus.
• Intermediate knowledge in Federal, State and Local regulations.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain DOT medical certification and OSHA Respiratory Protection evaluation.
• Flexibility for weekend travel or work on projects.
• Transferable experience in labor, construction, industrial maintenance, mechanical, lab, environmental, field science, etc.

Responsibilities

• Follow established testing methods, procedures and processes to support consistent and reliable source testing.
• Manage logistics of the project resources by coordinating with the logistics and office managers prior to field tests.
• Manage the onsite schedule and coordinate with client plant contacts and regulatory contacts on scope changes.
• Oversee all daily field operations and safety aspects of stack programs; review data and ensure field quality control.
• Ensure the field test team is staffed appropriately and mentor field personnel.
