Job summary

Firstech Environmental, Inc. in Farmingdale, NJ seeks an Environmental Field Laborer to join our site remediation crew. You will prepare sites, move materials, and support contractors while working outdoors in varied weather conditions.

Applicants should have a valid New Jersey driver's license; CDL Class A is a plus. Ability to lift up to 100 pounds, pass background checks, and complete HAZWOPER training are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have valid and clean New Jersey driver’s license.
• CDL Class A license is a plus.
• Background checks are required for employment.
• Ability to stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 100 pounds.
• Experience with a wide range of hand tools is expected.

Responsibilities

• Prepare site each day with materials, tools and equipment.

Firstech Environmental, Inc. is a full-service environmental consulting and site remediation contracting firm located in Farmingdale, New Jersey since 1996. Our experienced staff is dedicated to providing responsive environmental solutions throughout the State of New Jersey. We are seeking a skilled, Environmental Field Laborer with limited experience. The Environmental Field Laborer will be responsible for a variety of tasks, primarily on a site remediation crew, and be required to have knowledge a wide range of hand tools. Note, you will also have to work outdoors in a mixture of weather conditions.Environmental Field Laborer Duties and Responsibilities:Prepare site each day by preparing materials, tools, and equipmentAfter fifteen (15) months of full-time employment, Firstech is willing help employee to train and obtain a valid CDL drivers license for use with the Company.Complete previous projects or receive new project instructions from supervisorProactively communicate with company personnel as requiredFollow instructions and use tools and equipment to complete daily tasksHave or willing to obtain 40-hr.
