Burns & McDonnell's Water Practice in Denver, CO, is in search of an Environmental Engineer to support its growing municipal and industrial water and wastewater business. Founded in 1898, Burns & McDonnell is a 100% employee-owned firm.
The Environmental Engineer will be responsible for understanding, applying, designing, and constructing conventional and advanced water and wastewater treatment technologies. The candidate will be responsible for process design and piping layout, pump station and lift station design, hydraulic profile development, process equipment selection, specification and drawing development, and construction administration for water and wastewater projects. Additional duties include inter-discipline coordination, developing budgets and schedules, contributing to the technical growth of the group, staff mentoring, and supporting client development and client maintenance. Candidates at the senior level will be expected to serve as the lead technical resource on projects, mentor less-experienced engineers, and participate in identifying and obtaining new work.
$110,000.00-155,000.00 Yearly
The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in compliance with all local/state regulations. The expected compensation range for this position is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: individual education, qualifications, prior work experience and work location. The total annual compensation package will consist of a base salary and eligibility to participate in our discretionary year-end incentive bonus program.
