Qualifications

• Experience applying civil/environmental engineering principles to water, wastewater, and solid waste facilities.
• Ability to provide training and technical assistance to Tribes and utilities.
• Familiarity with the Clean Water Act and Safe Drinking Water Act.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with American Indian Tribes to improve access to water and sewer facilities.
• Perform site visits to assess system conditions and layouts.
• Investigate malfunctions, estimate costs, and recommend improvements.
• Provide training and technical support on sanitation facilities and compliance.
• Complete sanitary surveys and related tasks for multiple facilities.
