Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review applications for industrial wastewater discharges and establish limitations based on state water quality standards.
• Assess permit applications for new and existing wastewater discharges to verify compliance with federal and state requirements.
• Examine wastewater treatment facility designs and recommend actions for Water Quality Management Construction Permits.
• Conduct inspections to confirm facility construction matches approved permit plans.
• Meet with citizens and industry groups to address concerns and provide guidance on permit related matters.
