• Write clean, well-tested code that scales with the team’s user base.
• Ensure code quality through automated linting, testing, and static analysis.
• Identify latency hotspots and propose architectural improvements.
• Own the mid-level accountability workstream to unblock the Santa Clara roadmap.
• Review pull requests and uphold engineering standards.
