  • Perform detailed geologic and hydrogeologic reviews to evaluate site conditions, groundwater flow, and potential contaminant migration pathways.
  • Ensure environmental compliance across projects, including adherence to EPA Superfund and related regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with environmental scientists, geologists, and engineers to deliver integrated solutions for remediation, brownfield redevelopment, and corrective actions.
  • Communicate project findings, technical results, and recommendations clearly to internal team members and external stakeholders.

  • Ability to perform data evaluation and statistical analysis to support risk assessments and remedial decision‑making.
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or a closely related field.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG) certification preferred.
  • Experience working on projects under Delaware HSCA and Brownfields programs and EPA Region III initiatives.
  • Background in environmental science, geology, and hydrogeology applied to contaminated site investigations.
  • Experience with brownfield redevelopment projects and associated regulatory and technical requirements.
  • Familiarity with environmental compliance processes, including documentation, reporting, and interaction with regulatory agencies.
  • Ability to develop focused planning documents using data quality objectives to guide project scope and data collection.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and technical writing skills to communicate complex environmental findings clearly.
  • Demonstrated versatility and ability to work effectively within a small, close‑knit project team.
