Job summary

Movement Search & Delivery, working with a leading manufacturer in Gallatin, TN, seeks an Environmental Engineer to drive environmental excellence across plant operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of environmental experience in industrial/manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of environmental permitting and recordkeeping requirements.
• Working knowledge of ISO 14001, OSHA, EPA, DOT, and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental compliance, permitting, and technical support for the Gallatin plant
• Maintain and update all environmental permits, records, metrics, and regulatory reporting
• Manage hazardous waste programs, spill response, disposal coordination, and required training
• Develop and deliver environmental training to ensure ISO 14001 and regulatory compliance
• Serve as primary contact for agencies, consultants, and vendors during inspections and negotiations
• Drive continuous improvement projects related to environmental equipment and best practices
