Job summary

Camp Fire Minnesota is seeking Program & Event Specialists to support environmental education programs and rentals at the Excelsior property. You may facilitate field trips, after-school programs, school break camps, and community events, and assist with prep and materials.

Qualifications

• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Experience in youth work, environmental education or related fields preferred.
• Strong communication with participants, teachers, parents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate environmental education field trips and programs (after-school, school break camps).
• Prepare program materials and participate in team meetings.
• Participate in training on EE, youth development, risk management, trauma-informed care, restorative practices.
• Clean buildings and common areas; snow removal.
