The role oversees permits, audits, and regulatory filings; builds a high-performing team; tracks regulatory developments; and collaborates with agencies and cross-functional partners to advance environmental objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 12–15 years of experience managing environmental compliance programs or equivalent.
• Experience with air and stormwater regulations preferred.
• Proven experience leading and supervising an environmental team.

• Develops and submits environmental permits, licenses, and regulatory applications and conduct facility audits and assessments to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.

This person will be responsible for providing strategic oversight of spill response and environmental incident management, driving environmental due diligence for M&A activities, and directing complex remediation programs across active sites.

The Role:

• Develops and submits environmental permits, licenses, and regulatory applications and conduct facility audits and assessments to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
