Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Preferred: Professional engineering license (PE) or registration as a licensed professional geologist or professional scientist.
• Experience in managing intellectual property (IP) and guiding R&D investments.
• Interest in teaching and professional development for staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist CDM Smith’s Digital teams in evaluating data analytics technologies and platforms for environmental data applications.
• Collaborate with sales teams and with Trinnex on technical sales, design, and delivery of environmental data analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with local, national, and international technical teams to expand capabilities.
• Work across multiple technical practice areas to leverage analytics research and development.
• Support marketing and business development initiatives related to environmental data analytics.
• Coordinate ideation with discipline leaders, SMEs and analytics groups to identify innovation opportunities.
• Develop processes to evaluate ideas and initiatives for potential innovation investments.
