Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking an Environmental Data Analytics Discipline Leader to drive data analytics capabilities across environmental services. You will work with digital teams, practice leaders, and SMEs to shape analytics strategy and deliver client-ready solutions.

You will cultivate a high-performing team, manage IP/R&D investments, and engage with sales and marketing to expand our environmental data analytics offerings globally. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; 12 years of related experience; travel may be required.
• PE license or licensed professional geologist/scientist; Master’s preferred.
• Proficient in environmental analytics and data interpretation; Python or R a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate data analytics technologies and platforms for environmental data.
• Collaborate with sales and digital teams on technical delivery of analytics solutions.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver environmental services.
• Grow the environmental data analytics practitioner team.
• Identify opportunities for IP and R&D investments.
