Job summary

Eurofins is seeking a Courier to handle pick-up and delivery of water, soil, and air samples to our Ayer, MA laboratory. You will ensure chain of custody, sign documentation, and transport samples on ice while maintaining hold times and lab quality standards.

Responsibilities include preparing bottle kits, logging samples in LIMS, and performing on-site sampling as required. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
• A valid state issued driver's license to drive delivery vehicles is required as an employee with driving responsibilities.
• Clean driving record to drive company vehicle.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform courier duties including pick up and delivery of samples and bottle orders.
• Report to the laboratory for sign-in and analysis and ensure Chain of Custody is maintained.
• Transport samples on ice between client sites and laboratories, ensuring sample integrity.
• Prepare bottle kits and ship samples in accordance with EPA and DOT guidelines.
• Log samples into the LIMS and conduct on-site sampling as needed.
