• This role requires engaging the proper mix of internal and external resources to manage appropriate aspects of the legal work, including budgets and outside counsel.

• Provide real-time, practical legal advice to Chemours’ U.S. clients located within the management of our businesses in Wilmington or at manufacturing sites. Coordinate with other in-house counsel to align on broader issues crossing subject matters or country borders.
• Environmental aspects will include engaging with multiple stakeholders (business/corporate clients, internal remediation group, government affairs, regulatory agencies and peers) on various legal projects including administrative actions and litigation, to ensure that business goals are met and deliverables are achieved with efficiency and appropriate levels of collaboration and communication.
• This role requires engaging the proper mix of internal and external resources to manage appropriate aspects of the legal work. This includes identifying strategies, articulating the scope of work, setting budgets, controlling costs, managing outside counsel and meeting deadlines.

Pay Range (in local currency): $141,120.00 - $220,500.00 Chemours Level: 28 Annual Bonus Target: 16% The pay range and incentives listed above is a general guideline based on the primary location of this job only and not a guarantee of total compensation. Factors considered in extending a compensation offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, and alignment with market data. The incentive pay is dependent on business results and individual performance and subject to the terms and conditions of the specific plans.
