Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental science or related field required.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in RCRA & DOT compliance.
• Strong communication skills with both hourly and management audiences.
• Ability to interface with agency personnel and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Compliance Request System, ensuring timely processing, tracking, and resolution of compliance-related requests.
• Coordinate and manage the environmental compliance training program for the Environmental Services Group.
• Oversee the site auditing program and ensure adherence to regulatory and company standards.
• Develop and distribute weekly and monthly environmental compliance communications to employees.
• Create and enhance training materials for customers and operators as needed.
• Lead the rollout of new environmental programs to strengthen compliance and reduce risk.
• Support annual training initiatives, including scheduling, tracking, and maintaining training records.
