The position involves coordinating with project managers, safety teams, and clients to maintain quality and timelines while developing compliant policies and minimizing regulatory risk.

Qualifications

• Experience performing asbestos and lead sampling per project requirements.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
• Ability to prepare compliance reports for management and regulators.
• Maintain documentation such as logs, manifests, and lab coordination.

Education

Asbestos Worker or Supervisor Certificate – EPA or state accredited (AHERA compliance)

Lead Abatement Worker or Supervisor Certificate – EPA or state accredited

Lead Renovator (RRP) Certificate – EPA or state accredited

Air Monitor (PCM/TEM) Certificate – NIOSH 582 or equivalent

Sampling Technician – HAZWOPER 24/40 Hour plus Asbestos Awareness
