Dow Inc. seeks an Environmental Delivery Specialist in Orange, TX to implement and maintain a proactive environmental management system, coach plant personnel on environmental responsibilities, and assure compliance with air, water and waste permits.

You will partner with the EH&S Delivery Leader to drive compliance, environmental reporting, and improvement projects, perform periodic assessments, and support regulatory interactions across the hub to protect people, the site and the environment.

Qualifications

• Ensure ongoing compliance with permits and regulations (air, water, waste).
• Maintain permit compliance systems and records including calculations and assumptions.
• Prepare and submit environmental reports and inventories on schedule.
• Collaborate with operations and EH&S to drive updates and training on regulatory changes.

Responsabilités

• Compliance Management: Ensure ongoing permit/regulatory compliance (air, water, waste).
• Environmental Reporting: Collect and report emissions and inventories per timelines.
• Partner Collaborations: Support operations with environmental performance and training.
• Project & Process: Implement EH&S work processes and cross‑functional environmental reviews.
• Audits & Investigations: Support internal/external reviews and regulatory inquiries.
