Job summary

Tetra Tech in Albuquerque, NM is seeking an Environmental Compliance Specialist to lead NEPA, ESA, and CWA compliance across water resources projects. You will partner with multidisciplinary teams, coordinate regulatory reviews, and mentor staff while delivering robust environmental analyses.

Qualifications

• NEPA/ESA/CWA compliance documentation
• Habitat assessments, mitigation plans, and monitoring
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Experience with GIS-based environmental mapping and analysis
• Field data collection including GPS and site surveys

Responsibilities

• Lead technical components of projects and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Mentor staff and coordinate project teams.
• Manage projects, budgets, and client communications.
• Prepare and oversee regulatory documentation and permitting.
• Support business development for environmental services.
