Qualifications

Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
5+ years of environmental compliance management experience.
Demonstrated success managing multi-media environmental programs in an industrial/manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

Regulatory Expertise: SME on federal, state, and local environmental regs, partnering with site operations and safety leadership.
Program Management: Lead multi-media compliance initiatives across Water, Waste, and Air.
Strategy & Leadership: Design and implement site environmental goals; mentor local environmental staff.
Audits & Inspections: Lead site environmental audits and regulatory inspections; execute remediation plans.
Agency Relations: Build relationships with local, state, and federal regulatory agencies.
Continuous Improvement: Drive improvements in site environmental policies and training.
