Job summary

CapturePoint LLC in Allen, TX, is seeking an Environmental Coordinator to lead environmental compliance programs across oil and gas operations, with focus areas in Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. The role reports to the Director of HSE and requires leadership on permitting, reporting, and regulatory obligations.

You will oversee programs for facilities, pipelines, and related operations, coordinate with regulators and internal teams, and drive improvements in air, water, and waste compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of environmental experience in oil & gas, upstream/midstream.
• Strong knowledge of EPA/state permitting and regulations.
• Experience with environmental reporting and compliance management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee environmental compliance programs for facilities and pipelines.
• Lead environmental permitting and regulatory reporting activities.
• Ensure adherence to federal/state regulations (TCEQ, ODEQ, EPA).
• Monitor air, water, waste, spills, and emissions compliance; implement improvements.
• Serve as liaison with regulators, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Develop policies, procedures, and training to ensure compliance.
